Are your flowers and trees real or artificial?
Our permanent botanicals are made of a wide range of high quality fabrics and materials. Each stem is hand-crafted to be botanically correct; which lends to subtle variations between flowers, then arranged into beautiful arrangements.

How do I care for my permanent botanicals?
Very little maintenance is required for our plants and arrangements. A simple dusting and a periodic treatment with a silk flower cleaner is all that is needed.

Can permanent botanical be used outside?
Your Home and Floral arrangement was designed for indoor use.
We strongly recommend that they be displayed in areas that are cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. High humidity and direct sunlight can fade colors and permanently damage you arrangement.

What are the benefits of choosing permanent botanicals over real flowers?
With proper care, permanent botanical flowers will stay beautiful and in "full bloom" for years. There is no need for watering or pruning and such. Our products are also hypoallergenic and not harmful to pets.

What is the clear substance in the vases of your silk flower arrangements?
Many of our silk flower arrangements are made in high quality glass vases with "crystal clear acrylic water". This acrylic is hardened inside the vase and gives the illusion of fresh cut stems that have been placed in water.

How are floral arrangements and trees packaged? Will I need to assemble them?
All items come fully assembled and individually packaged. We safely ship merchandise from coast to coast using our unique, secure packaging system.

Returns
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our goal. You may return anything within thirty (30) days of the date on your invoice for a full refund of the price of the merchandise. Items must be in the original package and be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We are sorry but we cannot accept items returned C.O.D. or refund shipping costs, nor can we accept returned merchandise after 30 days of the invoice date. Can I cancel an order?
Once the order has been placed the fulfillment process begins; therefore, we are unable to cancel an order that has already been placed. If you decide that you do not want the item after you receive it, you may return the item for a merchandise refund.

Damaged Shipments
Home and Floral will replace items that arrive damaged. Damaged items must be reported within (5) days of reciept of merchandise. Contact us at customerservice@homeandfloral.com to obtain complete return instructions. Items must be returned in the original packaging materials. Damaged items must be shipped back to Home and Floral within fifteen (15) days of notification to Home and Floral.
